Default 2002 is300 transmission potential?

I'm looking to put some work into my 2002 is300...finally. Does anyone know how much hp and torque a stock transmission can hold? Also at what power levels would I need to start to build my trans? Its an automatic trans.

Just a little update I blew my w55 trans in third gear I'm only making 340whp 338wtq I replaced it with a w58 I had as a spare
