What's up guys!? I am just introducing myself to anyone that cares to know! I have had a few check engine issues resolved in the past 4 months. Its a fun car and I got a pretty solid ride for the money. Although I could sell it for a car with less mileage, I would rather enjoy it while it lasts. I do have one question with many possible answers... What kind of "routine" issues have you guys run across with a 190k IS? Most are HWY miles. This one has been well maintained all its life and on schedule. I did know the previous owner.
Anyways, Thanks for listening and I look forward to contributing to this community!!
P.S. I am currently fixing a P0440 code for evap. Just got the diagnostic done at Toyota and its the charcoal canister and main housing vapor leak. I will give more details when I pick it up from the shop maņana! They say 1400!

Welcome! Sounds like my story, but i wouldn't sell mine no matter what. 198,976 o n it now. Runs like a champ and its my daily driver. Make sure u do a timing belt kit/ water pump if it wasnt done with in 75k. Ur owners manual should have a routine maintenance schedule in it.Good luck.
