Question 02 IS300 Having Problems

When I start the car it drives fine, then after a few miles it gets nice and warm; then with my foot on the accelerator it starts to hesitate and buck back and forth. Then all the lights cut on the dashboard and the engine cuts off... I put the car in park and try to start it, engine wont turn over and it seems like the lights dim a little.. if the car sits for like 30 min to an hour then it will start and drive with no problems until it gets warm again...

What ive tried...
New Battery,
tested the alternator

Any help or suggestion is appreciated
