Buying new wheels need advice! :)
Hi guys ! wondering what i should do if i want those wheels!

Wheel spec are 17x8 off set +35 in front and 17x9 offset + 42 in rear.
I mean, (do i have to roll fender or pull ??) i am going to lower my car (dont want to be hellaflush) and what size of tire would you go with that set up ? like 215 in front and 245 in rear ?.
