im trying to hook up LED lights in my car and i cant find out how to get wires from the inside of the car to the battery? are there panels i need to open or anything? im putting the LED lights where your feet go just cant figure out how

 

just power them off of a fuse that you know is not using a lot of power cig lighter or something thats what i would do
