Hey guys im new to the site just bought a 03 is300 120k beautiful car runs great!!! BUT this thing started last week car runs and drives no problem but have no power to the dash. Cluster,radio,a/c control, power, windows, headlights, taillights dont work seats go back and forth no problems. I have checked fuses, fuseable links even changed tail relay along with new battery. Sometimes it works other times it dont does anybody know where all the grounds are maybe check them?

Take it to your local dealership, I'm sure they can do a full service, and scan for problems in the ECU.

You may want to check my.is site. Go to the mobiletronics section, useful posts. You'll find what you need to identify grounding points and power sources.
It sounds like there's oxidation on either a fuse or a relay. Did you check under the hood as well as the driver's side cowl?

i suspect a grounding issue somewhere. i once had a similar problem and i ended up running a new ground to the back of the stereo which somehow fixed everything. I would take a multimeter to some of those grounds to see if there is a broken/loose connection somewhere.
