Default Is300 starting problems

hey guys have a question about a 2003 is300 that’s having starting problems. My car was stored for a while and when I tried to start it, it wouldn’t turnover. At first none of the electronics would turn on, I replaced the 120A fuse and now the some of the gauges work. The fuel gauge, radio and climate control unit still don’t work and the car still doesn’t start. What can be the possible problem?

first off welcome! typically, the first thing to double check is the battery voltage using a multimeter
