Something is really strange happened to my is2001 for couple of days. While I'm driving, the rear light indicator is turned on. I thought my back light bulb was burned out, but it did not. Then I turn off the car engine, then it was disappeared. It happened once in awhile. I also encounter another problem with my gas odometer. While I was driving , the gas odometer indicator suddenly pointed to empty level and empty light indicator was on for about 10 seconds, then returned to the current gas level. It happened to me twice from yesterday as I drove to work and come home. My car still have manufacture warranty. But I would like to ask if anyone encounter the same problem with IS. Before this, I poured the gas cleaner from toyota brand to the gas tank about two weeks before these problem occur. Does any knows if the computer chip defected? Thank for reply.

 

Songs like a fuse is about to blow or your computer is messing about bad. You need to have that checked out A.S.A.P.
