I have an 01 IS300 that until recently had very few issues. Car has 248000 miles. Wife stopped to get gas and shut car off. Never started back hust turned over. 2nd timing belt done less than 20,000 miles ago. Changed fuel pump relay (have a freind at dealer) no good changed furl pump (no Good) Car turnss over and feels like starting and dies. HELP

 

This sounds like the exact same problem I had a couple months back. I am also at high mileage (218k). Almost positive it is your starter going out.

 

there are so many things that can cause that issue, bad coils, bad igniter, ecu, etc... gotta start somewhere - is it actually getting fuel? is there spark? pull the top timing cover and at least see if the top two cam gears will line up...
