Wax problem
Ever since I've gotten the IS, I've had trouble with waxing the car. The wax usually leaves residue that you can clearly see, or doesn't stick, or both. Any ideas on this? I'm talking swirl marks when I say residue. I've tried multiple different waxes, hand application(microfiber, towel, the applicator pad) and machine random buffer. It all leaves the same results though.
Is there a special way to wax these cars (probably not but who knows). Or is my paint just acting up?

It might be the wax itself. When I used Klasse, I had a hard time removing it. It was especially difficult to work with when the weather was excessively hot or cold. What wax are you using? See if the back of the bottle gives any temp range in which it can be used. You might also be using too much.

i had that same problem once....try waxing in temperatures between 60*-80* and only aply very thin coats. apply by hand then remove using a buffer tool, then go over it again by hand to get to the small cracks and hard to reach areas. hope this helps.
