Led license plate anyone?
I seen this AD on EBAY:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LED-LICENSE-...item5d2edcf055
Item # 400218189909. Its going for $49.00 w/$9.00 Standard Shipping = $58.00. Seller claims to ship from CA,USA. I research negative feedback scores and mentions that seller ships from TAIWAN. I haven't purchase this item yet but I want to hear your feedbacks on this. THANK YOU!

I bought these, and they are definitely way better than PNP bulbs.... sure, PNP bulbs would do the trick, but I prefer these.

The ones from r-dash are TOO bright lol. But they are a pure 5000k white.
In these pics, you can see how they are lighting up the ground behind the bumper.
And here's a comparison I did with my old LEDs.

In my experience, cheapest is not always best.

I just got some LED replacements for the stock licence plate bulbs, but what is the trick to get into the fixtures to swap out the old bulbs? I thought maybe I had to remove the trunk lid liner but that doesn't seem to be the case. I also tried to gently pop the clear plastic covers off using a flat head screwdriver for leverage, but felt that if I pried any harder something was going to break. So anybody have a suggestion as to how to get to the bulbs?
EDIT: I guess I have found my answer in this thread:

Seems they're not the easiest two bulbs to get at.
