Is300 OEM headlight condensation issue - fixed/solution Inside
After the one day blizzard last weekend in N.Y my OEM headlights had water condensation inside and were fogged up pretty bad. I tried a few things to help clear them up...ran the high beams, parked facing the sun but over a few days there was still condensation and still fogged up a bit. This really annoyed me because at night the h.i.ds did not project normally due to the fog inside and in the day time my headlights look like they need 3m restoration. So i finally popped the hood, checked the seal for cracks but all seemed normal.
SOLUTION :
I unplugged the parking city bulb and the high beam bulb and moved them away from the headlight, this leaves a small and larger circle open into the headlight. I then ran the engine and closed the hood with the bulbs still out of the headlight. The heat from the engine and under th hood enters the headlight through the removed bulb entrances. It took only a few minutes for the headlights to clear up just be careful nothing other then air enters the headlights through the open bulb entrances.

I had to do this to mine too, but the problem was that I had aftermarket headlights and the I found out that it was due to the headlights and how air/condensation would get through the bulbs. I changed the headlights back to the stock ones, and haven't seen that problem since...
