I searched the country...the entire country on autotrader and cars.com. I found very few with manual transmission. Also, this car was a one owner, and one that took it in to every service at Lexus for the life of the car. I'm not stupid. It's a ton of miles. But I talked to my Lexus service guy and he had faith in the car.

Hit up NADA.(that's what the banks and dealers use) They don't use KBB.
But you may only get 7 for it. As the IS300 is not a highly sought after car.
The problem with our cars is that it may book @ a certain price but the demand for them is not there so we end up sitting on them for sometime and then lower the price even further to get rid of them therefore people picking them up at a good price.
At least that's how it is down here. I don't see too many IS300's around. Now I've seen a good bit of the lesser IS250's all over the place but of course they're newer so that's why.
I wouldn't let mine go any lesser than 7k with its current mileage. If anything I would drive the **** out of it to 200k + then sell it for what it's worth then. Just be happy that our car's are holding their value. They are extremely reliable. Sure they're lacking on the HP side but they still look good!

The IS300 clutches are known to go out at about 40k, mine did(45k?) then replaced with supra components or aftermarket. Five speeds are kind of rare. My '04 has 72k on it, love everything about it.
