You got to come out here in Illinois, this year I seen so many is's for sale, stick and ok miles for under 8k...the cheapest I found one was 6k, but it was a rebuilt title, which isn't a big deal. Check craigslist by your area, not sure on the exact location of where you are.

Search for both dealer and private sellers, search Lexus is300 first then search for one with the space between is and 300. So, search for this Lexus is 300 -gs -rx -es -sc. If you don't do the minus ones, you will get all the other 300 models and will have a large list to search though.

Knowing how to search for cars for sale will really help you find the car you want. It took me 3 months to get the one I wanted. Check every day as each day someone will post it up for sale. Jump on it quick too, I missed out on a couple is's myself bcuz they sold fast.
