Thanks..no I did not do anything with the suspension, but after researching, I found that these sensors often get corroded from water and may need a cleaning/replacing.

Yea after I get to it, I'll post it here. It might be awhile...I would hate to remove the bulb just to remove the light..I would rather just fix it.. I got another annoying little problem with the car that I wanna get fixed first

You probably don't have to take out the headlights and bulbs
That's just the moving mechanism. If your headlights move, then that's not the issue. If your headlights are stuck and they WONT move, then yeah that's probably what it is.
I would first look at the levelers, not the part that actually moves the light, the controller. I forget what it's called but it's like $100 used.
Turn headlights on, start the car, if they both move, then it's not the physical headlights, it's probably the controller.

Its the sensors, there are 2. One up by the front driver wheel and rear driver wheel. The sensors have 4 screws that hold them together and maybe 2 10mm screws that hold them on.
You need to open the sensor, clean out the rust and maybe replace the springs with ball point pen springs. Use silicone to close it back up and your good.

Thanks for the good info!
As for the repairing..should I remove the battery connectors and do it? What can I do to guarantee high levels of success? Lol pretty much I should be able to take it apart and replace the springs and put it back together, or is there another factor?
Really appreciate it!

No its really simple and No you dont need to unplug your battery. if something comes up you wont have any problem of thinking of something. Once you open it up it all explains itself. I had to do it with no previous know how and it worked great.
When you remove the sensor with bracket it only goes back on one way so you'll be ok there too. Its usually the front one that goes but with mine it was the back one

I think, There is 1 leveler sensor in front and 1 leveler sensor in the rear. Both on driver side
There is 1 controller (black box) - or are there 2 controllers? - (not hid ballast).
And also the headlight has the mechanism to psychically move the headlights
So, since one headlight is not moving - I think your actual headlight mechanism in the non-moving light might be bad.
If it's possible - try switching your good headlight over to the other one..
(put your passenger headlight on driver side, and/or put your drivers side headlight on passenger side)
Don't try to mount them because obviously it won't work, but just see if the headlight leveler moves the other headlight.
If the problem stays with the changed light then it's the light, if the same problem occurs with the light that was working then it's gotta be the controller.
I'm 90% sure if it was the sensors, both headlights would move since they aren't independent.
Might have to play with your actual headlight
