Need help removing headlights

I need help removing my headlights do i need to remove the bumper in order to get to the headlights and also is there anyway to buy just the headlight lense or do they just sell the entire headlight as one.

yes you will need to remove the bumper, grill and part of the air intake box.

and no i dont think there are lenses you can buy seperate
