I'm not familiar with the Altezza installation, but I can guess that it's similar to the Infiniti I30 where it pops up vertical from top of the dash. However, these are factory installations, and no aftermarket Nav system is readily installed like this.
If you are serious about a Nav system, AutoNav2000 in San Jose is the only retailer in the nation that carries all the major brands. All they sell is nav, unlike most mobiletronics shops. James from AutoNav was at our SF Bay Area ClubLexus meet demoing nav systems a couple of weeks ago.
