IS300 tank is 15gal, 2.5gal reserve (light turns on after 15gal, you got 2.5gal left to find a gas station), for a total of 17.5gal

I get somewhere around 280 miles per tank. I have gotten more but I have 120000 miles on mine now. I am sure I can squeeze some better mileage out of it with a few new parts and some maintenance.

I thought it was an 18 gal tank? I filled up 17.2 gallons today.

Good stuff, I'm getting 233 to the tank with mixed local/highway driving however both my 02 sensors are shot, hope to get at least 275 once I replace them, but I'm out of my mind. =( Nyc sucks.
