Default Chamber kit for an IS300

Allrighty then, heres my prob, my customers car has a drop already 1.4 and 1.3 in the back. and its a 2002 IS300 5-Speed everything else is stock except for greddy exhaust and limo tint. now the new things are as following, 19x8 Axis Muse rims done black with a silver lip. the prob is i know hes going to need a chamber kit right? i have narrowed it down to these two kits L-Sportline and Progress. i wanted to know if anyone knows anything about these two to which one is the best?
