Thumbs up AMG Wheels on an IS???

Ok, I got this idea today from Seeing Mike Burroghs 3 series on stanceworks. Hes got some really clean AMG mono's on his ride & that made me start to wonder...What would thoes look like on my IS????

Who dosent like the VIP look? I mean look at this!

By the way, this is my IS

I found a set of these for $600...for now, this is about all i can afford (without going CHEAP & CHEESY) Throw on some wobble bolts & boom!

My question to you is...whats the STRANGEST setup you have seen on a Lexus...that works?

Ive seen Advans on BMW's plenty...so why not the other way around?

Ill keep you posted on progress & what I finally decide on doing...Its hard trying to Mod cars on a Radio DJ Salary...But Ill manage!

lol those wheels look similar to the stock IS wheels. I believe that the bolt pattern is different also.

the bolt pattern is different, and unless you are slammed as **** with crazy fitment AMG wheels on the IS would look odd. (but thats just me)

I don't see what you mean by the VIP look, but I would not do AMG wheels on the IS. Or any other make wheels on a Lexus.

Please, if you're gonna get those wheels, at least get adapters, not wobble bolts....

The car might be VIP status, but the wheels are definitely not VIP. Actually, that particular model wouldnt even be considered VIP platform. Sorry, might want to do more research on what VIP really is...
Bolt pattern on the Mercedes is 120x5. The IS300 is 114.3x5. So unless your going to buy adapters to make them work, I would save your money and buy Advans
