Default Heater control problem

has anyone else come across the same issue as me? My heater/ac ****.....if I turn the temperature **** below 64-65 degrees then it blows cold air, above 66 degree and its nothing but hot air. no warm air comes out. it's either HOT or COLD depending on where the **** is. 64-65 degrees seems to be the dividing line between hot and cold. I tried it in auto mode and manual mode and still never get cool/warm air. any ideas of what the issue could be? thanks

your interior/cabin temperature sensor is most likely unplugged or not working...

I have the same issue, been driving me nuts. Did you figure out what was causing it? I took my gs to the dealership and they said it had a code and reset the code and everything was fine, 5 min down the road it did the same thing.

If you leave your auto on does it turn on full and cook you out?
