First of all there are some great post on here and a lot of information. I have done a search and can't find anything that matches my issue and I was hoping you could help.

Car is a 2001 IS300 SBM.

Since I bought the car I have had the ECU replaced to solve solve my OBD2 connector issues as well as a fried O2 sensor heater problem.

My problem is that my power windows just don't work right.
Here's what it does;

• Master will roll up/down Drivers, Passengers, Passenger rear windows
• Drivers rear will only work from door itself.
• Passenger front window will not roll up from Master

I have replaced the Master panel in the drivers door several times but that does not fix the issue.

You can roll all windows up and down from each door.

Where do I start troubleshooting this?
