Use the search tool to see what other people have been doing and determine what you like the best. There are plenty of threads that have been started lately that cover this issue. Good luck.

I also have 19x8.5 all around & had to roll my fenders. But I had my fenders pulled about an inch so I could fit my 19x9.5 Works in the rear. I was thinking about getting 10-15mm spacers but don't want to deal with having to put in new studs, so I'm gonna try 20mm spacer for the rear with my 19x8.5 wheels. If it's too big maybe I'll just pull my fender a little more or get smaller spacers... who knows...

trial and error

You should determine your rim size by how low you want to go, road conditions in your area, and what kind of rubber you want on your car. If you want to slam your car out & have some beefy tires then get 18's because it's not as easy to do on 19's and on 19's you need thinner tires which isn't great for crappy roads..

really depends on how aggressive you want your car to look or how well you want it to perform, 19s would look nice if you're low enough, 18s would look good too, you wont need to stomp your brakes as hard unless they super light

hahahaha west virginia roads are scary too
In west virginia you have to avoid hitting animals, huge rocks and tree branches on the road.
In philly we have to watch out for giant potholes and crackheads.

haha
