ECT Light
there are fuses for the displays on the cluster, but if it were a fuse it would affect more displays than just that one. it sounds like the ect bulb is blown out and it is easily replaceable. take the 2 screws out of the cluster cover, they are above your steering wheel and once those are out that cover pops right off, unhook the dimmer switch control, take the 3 screws that hold your cluster in out. and unhook the 2 harnesses going to your cluster and pull the cluster out. there are 2 bulb sockets to the right on the backside of your cluster, one is the snow button(the bottom bulb socket), the other is ECT Power(the top bulb socket) take a pair of pliers and twist the top bulb socket out and see if it is blown, if so replace it, the bulb pulls right out of the black socket. the bulb number is 2721 and its a sylvania bulb. about $5 or $6 at auto zone for a pack of 2.
