why do u want your car looking like a BMW? Shoulda bought a 528i instead of your is3. Or a 3 series and then put on BMW's aftermarket angel eyes.

um cuz as enginyr said "I'm always negative" and there's no reason to make your car look like a BMW, the IS 300 lights look pimp as it is. Anyway if you really wanted to do it, you'd prolly have to buy the aftermarket ones for the 3 series BMW take the "angel ring" out and put them in your headlight housing somehow. Then I'd assume you wire them to your parking lights or something.

and as for your xenons the reason they begin so blue is because they need to warm up, so after about 10 minutes you'll see the whitish light. If you want a bluer look, you'd have to get an aftermarket HID system. Some of them have that bluish look even after they are on. THey are supposedly brighter then the stock HIDS too. However to my knowledge you will lose your auto-leveling feature.

You can get much bluer bulbs for your HID lamps. What you want is Phillips 6000K bulbs. Do a search of the forums here for "6000K" and you should find the info you need.

Be prepared to shell out, however. I think they'll cost you 3 or 4 hundred bucks a pair.
