Have a friend with an is 300. Road debris cracked his bumper. Is he stuck with the dealer or are there any aftermarket pieces available?

Assuming that the IS300 bumper is regular plastic, it could be fixed. Of course that all depends on where and how big is the crack. If you could post a picture that would help.
