I have a 2003 IS300 and i just got into a minor accident in it. I need to replace my front and rear bumpers and my side view mirror. I already have the rear bumper but the front bumper is looking to be kind of expensive. Are there any alternatives to this. Do any aftermarket companies make a less expensive stock looking bumper or does anyone have a black bumper for sale?

Man, I have been there, I really feel for you. The best way to find a bumper is to see if anyone wants to get rid of thier bumper, because they are going aftermarket. Failing that try Ebay and craigslist. Also andy's autosport has some cheap aftermarket bumpers. I was going to get one until, I found a deal on a Altezza bumper. Good luck on getting your IS300 fixed.
