I'm going to take a stab at this and say TRD front and rear lip, and RMM sides.

 

you are right on the lip for sure.

sad thing i just looked and i cant find the front lip anywhere. :-\

 

You can find these used and up F.S. threads. Unless you want to go with JDM bumpers. And you can get the TRD lip. Like I do. I dont like replicas. As thats whats pictured.

 

fyi - you can get a real trd elegant lip (polyurethane made by toyota) that fits usdm; i had one, but sold it to someone on my.is
they are pretty rare; there are probably only are 8+/- floating around
just keep an eye open in the fs forums - may get lucky
