I'm new to the forums. I own a 2002 Lexus IS300 Sedan.

I seem to be having some problems with my fuel sensor. I'm not sure what the issue is or what it could be. If someone can please help me out


Pretty much, when I fill up my gas tank, the fuel odometer suggest the vehicle is only half full, when it actually is full. I made sure I topped the fuel up, so it was full, I tried it a few times. But when theirs a full tank of gas in the car, the needle is always putting at the 1/2 full not the F.


Do I need a new filter? new fuel pump? or maybe a sensor of some sort? If someone can please help me out. It would be greatly appreciated!
