02 IS300 - Code 161 Help!

I finally got my own code checker and it came back with Code 161. The book shows O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2). Can someone please tell me where this part is located? I don't have a shop manual otherwise I would check it out. Thanks in advance,

Bank 2 sensor 2 in in the exhaust pipe under the car. I think it actualy runs through the floor of the car.
