Quick LSD Question
looking to a buy an 2002 IS300 5Speed...the original owner states that on the 02s has standard LSDs on the 5 speed...is this true? i juss looked on the Lexus website and it says that LSD is acutally not offered on the 5speed 05s....im kinda confused...can someone help me out? im looking to buy the car this week....thanks in advance....!! 
no it's not standard, BUT it's almost always the case.
the invoice price of auto and manual was about 2k apart. so to make the overall pirce pretty much the same, on the 5 speed, almost all of them come with spoiler, graphite wheels, and also the lsd. that helps to make up that 2k difference.
read the engine / tranny forum, there is a thread telling you how to check the door jam and see if the car has lsd
