that's a cover for the is3? why not just mod the existing cover, it pops right off?

seems like it makes the housing look very big

The blinker looks pretty big though. Maybe it won't fit underneath. Also, the contour of the blinker may not fit right on the OEM cover.

Rom...easier said than done. Not many peeps are willing to gamble with their own side mirror and pop it off....or even dare to play with bondo. Would you? I certainly would not.

well for the is300, popping off the mirror cover isn't something hard at all, a lot of people do that to change to the cf ones or the jdm ones.

so all it needs is a shop to mold off that cover and then put in the signal. it's a lot easier than the gs imho

Yes...popping of cover is easy.

But having a shop mold it is NOT easy. If it was...there would have been more IS peeps who did it by now. Yah...maybe its easier than the GS....but still not an easy job. Thats why covers are the logical and affordable way to go of most non-DIYer.

yeah i can understand i guess

how about taking off the original cover and just put a full cover over it? maybe that will allow you to have a small housing. just some suggestions anyway, i just think the cover looks pretty big

i don't personally have them. they've been posted around on is300.net, and i believe the mirrors on IS300eR's car are modellista covers.

Modellista.....as posted on IS300.net

Sorry....i don't see how these are 10000x better?

Blinkers don't wrap around the edge and they're frosted white....not clear...YUK!! Also the shape of the mirror to accomodate the LED blinker unit is kinda weird looking....imo.

Other than that...that IS300 is hot.

Also note that Mercedes has replaced the smoked blinkers for clear ones

Clear blinkers give a much cleaner look.
