does anyone know where i can get a good price for
an altezza sports grill or the chrome one with the red or black emblem
ive been looking all over for the jdm altezza chrome side to side grill
but i cant find it
the only place i found it was in
www.lextasy.com but they never send it out after my shop ordered it

The Altezza Sports (Mesh) grille or even the Altezza "Z-Edition" not chrome grill can be purchased through a reputable place like Carson Toyota Parts. NOT shady places like Lexasheit.

Wait flipside, is Lexasheit the derogatory term for Lextasy? What's so bad about them anyways?

I've seen the grilles on Ebay for good prices and they look nice too.

their history is nothing but horrible. their customer service is just bad, they charge you and then they forget you, hard to reach and product delivery is just bad. a lot of people on this forum have been scammed by them. i have never bought anything from them but honestly i dno't even wanna try.

and to give you a good example, the junction produce taillights for the GS is well over 1200 bucks (yes hella expensive). i know the distributor in the US, and no one else can get it otherwise. the owner of lextasy, he just went out and say "hey how about i get that for you guys for 800 bucks" you think this kind of people is worth 1 second of my time?

 

hey guys i finally got my car out of the shop
they did a great job on it
i have the c-1 kit all around
and the kaotik z-5 19" wheels

now i just need to get a grill because the original didnt fit (hood grill)
i went to a shop near by
and they told me that they can probably make something for me
i have to get it custom made since the space left between the hood and the front bumper
is smaller which dont let me put a stock or altezza grill on their
thats because the kit is a replica so i have to get a custom made grill

they said they can make a billit similiar grill for the hood and the bottom opening of the bumper
hopefully it comes out nice

another thing im wondering about is if i can drop it with the c-1 kit and 19s on their
let me know please

 

I have never brought parts from Lextasy, but talked to the owner all the time via AIM. Seem to be a good guy. I think most people have negative things about Lextasy is because of personality differences not services or parts. Give them a try. I am sure they are trying very hard to make everyone happy with their products. Most people never give them a chance and just post negative posts from what they heard.

 

Well they're banned from CL and .net for a reason. Why should we give them a 2nd, 3rd or 4th chance? Steve has and always will be shady. Maybe not to you guys...but he is to the Lexus community.

 

It's happened alot...that's the reason why they aren't highly regarded here...especially at our meets here in SoCal when he comes to show face w/his ugly models.
