Whats up people. This is my very first post here because i am new to the sight.. Just wanted to say nice car peeps.. So far all of the IS's i've seen in the pic. gallery look really cool.. Anyways, just was curious on adding some upgrades or custom parts to my vehicle and wanted to know what all you girls( whats up ladies) and guys added on first to your cars so I could get an idea..? Anything really nice and easy that made a big difference? Thanks

it all boils down to what "your" goals are for the car.... and how much u want to spend.....

ex. you want more power.... alot more!!

ex. you want it to handle better

ex. you want it to look better

once you figure out what you want, the rest is all about how much u wanna spend. just remember one thing, if you're gonna do something, do it right the first time around! you will spend more money trying to save money in the mod game.

Thanks fellas for the replies.. I think I wanna do alittle bit of everything.. I really don't have any experience in moding a car only what my friend has done to his accord.. I really like the AEM or PLP air intakes and the sweet body kits that u guys have.. Also have a really good mechanic at all times.. I don't wanna go to extreme since i dont have the cash.. All in all I'm willing to spend 2500-3000 on mods.. Who knows might get addicted cuz some of those JDM parts look awesome..

My first upgrades were on day 1 of ownership of my car. It was right at the beninning of our SoCal to NorCal convoy for the End of Summer Meet @ Stevens Creek Lexus back in September.

The mods were:

JDM Coin Tray
JDM Toyota Altezza Antenna
TRD Japan Shift ****

If you wanna count window tint, that was done at the dealership before I picked it up from Longo.

my 1st mods were the greedy catback and injen gen 2 intake, and more came and came... next mod is droppin it and a s/c ahh cant wait for f/I!!!
