This is a steady Red picture of a person with a seatbelt and airbag in front of their face. How do I fix this? I got this car used from a family member.

 

Have the Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) "the airbag" system checked by a dealer or body shop.
Lots of "not moving parts" involved and yours was an early example. Be aware that the parts needed to
extinguish that warning light are going to costly.

 

2001 to 2005 IS300 models. Do not have an airbag light on the pass side dash. The seat belt light on these model years is only on when there is weight in the seat and no seat belt fastened.
