Default RX400h issue or not issue?

Hi guys!
I’ve an RX400h 09’ since 9 month with almost 200 000km.
I really love this car BUT:
I dont know if it’s normal, when my engine is fully warmed up (heating and A/C off). If I start the ICE under 60km/h (by pressing the accelerator) the petrol engine does not turn off unless I exceed 60 km/h and release the accelerator or if i stop during few seconds and waiting for the ICE to stop.
after that, the ICE stops no matter the speed if I release the accelerator and works as it should
Sorry for my terrible English, best reguards from France 😉

I have the Highlander version, the engine will shut off at any speed even with the heater on. But I have to be going down a hill or be VERY light on the throttle. If you don't have a check engine light and the car drives fine I wouldn't worry about it.
