Our NX350h was offloaded at the Port of New York last week and we're still waiting for it to clear customs and get loaded on (it's getting shipped to Rockville).

Anyone else waiting on theirs? We needed something a bit bigger, so we're trading my 2014 Ct200h in. I'll post photos whenever we do get it, and I plan on doing a review from an owner's perspective.

The cars don't really clear customs per say. They sit for a week or more while the staff at the distribution center / port process cars that arrived before yours. By processing, it refers to adding the window sticker, adding port installed options, adding carpet mats and first aid kids, as well as a QC inspection. If you post your vin or DM it to me, I can check the status of it for you.

I also got my 350h Premium at Rockville. I got lucky, a couple weeks ago I made an appointment to test drive their demo vehicle, and after test drive they told me they had a vehicle that just arrived and the person who had the reservation fell through. It still had the shipping tape and only 1 mi on the odometer. I took it home that night.

You think the wait is killing you, my first Lexus dealer canceled the order after 4 1/2 months. I am a couple of weeks into my second order with a bigger better dealer. I have been trying to get an NX since November 2021. I previously had a CT200h; I liked it but it was a little doggy on performance. Als0 had to upgrade the stereo and headlights. After driving my wife's 2020 Avalon limited hybrid (same powertrain as ES300h) I think the 2022 NX350h will provide adequate acceleration. I am still keeping my manual shift rs for my performance and shifting fixes when needed.

By chance was the test model the red base they had?

You might have been there a few days before us, they had just mentioned one sold.

Found it buried somewhere on this site, but if you go to the below link and substitute your VIN, it should pull the sticker up.

If I didn't have my own 350h I would hate you so much after reading this xD. Lucky isn't even the word. I only waited 5 weeks for mine and didn't dare mention it. I guess you must've been over the moon. (;

Mine has been in a QC hold for about 3 weeks now. Does anyone know what may be causing the hold? I am thinking it may be due to the recalls, but can't get any information out of the dealership.

I suspect it is due to the weld recall issue, assuming your NX was built in Japan.
