Default Nx350h - Nanoe X noise

Just discovered that the buzzing noise from my dash is from the Nanoe X. It takes 1-2minutes on starting with AC on that a buzzing noise will start. As soon as I turn off Nanoe X from climate menu the sound goes away. I’ll turn it back on and 1-2minutes the high pitched buzzing will return.

anyone else experience noises from their Nanoe X being enabled?

edit: just did a bit of research. Any device using Nanoe X buzzes and hums as part of the way it works (electrostatic). They have portable devices and home ACs with it and a common complaint is the noise. Anyway still curious if anyone hears it. Best time to hear it is with Nanoe X enabled in the climate tab and the AC is turned on but at “1” fan speed, when it activates it is a high pitched buzzing noise coming from the instrument cluster. Kind of wished they were able to insulate this sound a bit better because it is a little irritating.

Interesting, I don't think we have Nanoe in Canada or the USA. Am I right?

I’m from Australia. The climate short cut on the main infotainment screen has an option to enable or disable Nanoe X TM as the last option on the list. Our environment can get pretty dusty/dirty maybe that’s why they included in our NX? Mine is a NX 350h with enhancement pack 2.

Never heard of it in the US. After Googling the words Nanoe X, I discovered that you can buy a portable one that fits in the cupholder.
