I declined the weins care. If you haven't finalize the deal you should still be able to remove it.

 

ah.. looking at the paperwork now, it says final. I will still ask the dealer anyway. Worth a shot.

1) how did you get cloudburst grey with the luxury package? They told me it was only available with the ultra luxury package?? I ended up getting caviar but cloudburst grey looks stunning too

2) I also got the weins care for $699. However I was looking at their website and it said that all new cars come with the weins care included sooo I was like ??? Did they scam me??? lol. I was gonna ask them about it when I picked up the car

Don't want to hijack the thread but I also just placed an order for a NX350H at DVNL and had some questions.
I noticed some of you mentioned you ordered luxury package. I was told there is no ETA for that and would be a very long time due to the pano roofs not being available so I ordered the Ultra premium package which is the same as Luxury with a standard sunroof instead of the pano roof.

I was given an ETA of end of July - Mid August, were any of you given an ETA for your orders?

 

I ordered the premium incoming one at the end of Feb, they said ETA is end of March now.

Thanks again! I misunderstood and thought you said your February eta got pushed to end of March.

 

When I ordered it three weeks ago, they said ETA was mid-March. But they told me last week that the new ETA is at the end of March. Hopefully they are right this time.

 

My 350H has arrived at the dealership (Lexus Downtown (Toronto)). Not picking it up until Monday but I went by today to do a little paperwork and was chatting with the sales rep.
He confirmed mine shipped from Japan (not be repetitive but I "ordered" it in Jan. Actually, the sales rep called me and said they have a 350H coming in sometime mid March that was unallocated, atomic silver with Black interior and Lux package - did I want it, otherwise it would be several months for a new order, so I took it).

The point being, he mentioned that I was "fortunate" to get the package with the Pano roof as now they are shipping mainly with the sunroof - Any order with the Panoroof is at least 6 months.

 

Congrats! You can also check the VIN to see if it is from Japan.

 

I took delivery of my 350h in the Premium trim yesterday. Caviar and Roja really loving it so far. The 9.8 inch screen is plenty big and I definitely love the fuel efficiency. I just wish someone had told me it only stays in electric mode until 30 km/h. 😅

 

Picked up my Premium trim Caviar 350h yesterday as well. Only with black interior but more on the dark grey side. Likely on the same boat from Japan. I also find the 9.8 screen more then enough. Really like the ride on 18" run flat tires. Comparable to my last RX.

i believe if the Hybrid battery is low the motor will kick in under 30km/h.
