Hello All,

Does anyone know the GSh's 12v capacity? I am referring to how many amps the inverter will provide to power 12v items such as lights, radio, etc. since we don't have an alternator. I've read on various Prius forums that the Prius' inverter provides 100 amps. I hope the GSh provides that and more. I am adding an external amplifier to power a ported boxed subwoofer and concerned about current draw. I am considering running a 1 ohm sub that draws a lot of amperage but should get around that 400lb battery in our trunks.

I am looking for the DC/DC output converter rating. The 3rd gen Prius (2010-2015) has a 100amp max output. The 4th gen Prius has 125amp max output. Does anyone know what our GSh's DC/DC converter output ratings are? Has anyone installed a high current draw item in their GSh? If so, how many amp draw and if you noticed any problems or reduction in mpg?
