Default Anyone had experience with Prolong battery service products/services?

I have a 2013 ES300h with 82k miles that I purchased in July 20 with 79k miles. I am the second owner. The car was dealer maintained and was in exceptional shape when I bought it.
I have noticed the HV battery indicator display never goes up to full and does drop down to the bottom of the "tank"
occasionally after sitting for a day or 2 but does fill back up during driving.
I have found the Hybrid Automotive site with their Prolong battery service products for hybrids. I did not find any products listed for my model but there were some listed for other Lexus hybrids. I have sent the company an email asking about the lack of ES model kits.
Has anyone in this forum had any experience with this firm or products?
