Default How to read service records?

Hello all, I couldn't find a thread related to this but may have missed it so I apologize if this has been answered before.

I was looking through the service records on the Lexus Drivers site for my LX570 and saw a record from a few years ago. I've never really looked at these records so it's a little hard to decipher what was actually done versus what was requested. Can someone please explain to me if the battery was actually replaced from this service record or not?

I rubbed the dirt away from the top of the battery and there were no markings on the label to indicate the month/year the battery was sold/installed so I'm trying to determine if this is the original battery in my 2011 vehicle or it was replace in 2017.

Thanks!

The service note is saying "Don't Use Electrical System" but doesn't explain why. Also the note is recommending the owner to replace the battery, not that the battery has been replaced.
