Possibly your Throttle body needs cleaning. I had something similar a few months ago and I took the throttle body out and cleaned it thoroughly....The codes are weird

car has been running 10/30 since i owned it 3 years.. Doubt oil is the issue the issue feels like a fail safe or limp mode issue. need an in depth meaning of the codes cant find any real info online.. at one point car shut down because of the excessive shuddering. it threw a rod and piston through the block so i replaced engine with a used one and the similar shudder and start and then shut off same codes .. so obviously issue is not the engine per se

Oil viscosity has nothing to do with your problem. Do not chase that thought.

Maybe not for the errors listed above, but the wrong oil can cause the Check engine error (it happened with my Toyota several years ago).

Have the spark plugs ever been changed? Getting to the rear bank can be challenging. Maybe a high mileage plug causes a misfire? Just spitballing here...

My wild guess is your hybrid battery is going south. Or, ECM went bad, what is rather new for Lexi. They have pretty bulletproof ECMs.
Bite the bullet and have it professionally scanned by Techstream. Otherwise, you'll be chasing ghosts and tossing money at unnecessary, guesstimate repairs.
Diagnose cause>.correct cause.
