225x65x18 tyres

has anyone fitted these bigger tyres to improve ride comfort,I find the nx300 h Luxury modes a little hard on rough roads and bumps and I thought this might help to improve the ride ,I know they are a little higher up and will make a difference to the speedo reading but I can live with that.
