How do I change rear wiper blade on my 2008-
RX400h.

 

I use part number 85214-0E010, which is just the rubber insert. About $8. Pop off the cover that hides nut that mounts the arm to the rear window. This allows you to bend the arm up at 90 degrees. The wiper assembly just snaps off the arm. I then move the arm to my bench and replace the old rubber with the new. You can reuse the two thin metal strips that help the rubber wiper maintain its shape. Hopefully that's clearer than mud.

The trick is to remove the nut cover...

Basically the back of the wiper there is a plastic piece cover that pops off and once off you can pull the wiper forward to take it off. I can try and take a picture of the exact process tomorrow.
