Hi I am new to the Lexus GS owners club and having a few issues.

After getting the car washed for the first time, it came back with multiple warning lights on the dash and the arrow on POWER/ECO/CHARGE gauge is no longer operating between Eco and charge (now predominantly running on ECO or close to power).

Trying to get car scanned codes reset today but any additional help would be great.
