Default Suspension Work

I've had my RX400h for a little over a year, and new tires on it a week or so ago. The tire shop guy mentioned that the old tires (no idea how many miles on them) were wearing abnormally on the inside, and I should probably get it aligned. It has about 150,000 miles on it, and I think most of the suspension components are original, so I jacked it up, got underneath to have a closer look. The front struts are visibly leaking, so they're definitely going to get replaced, and the rears are likely the same age, so I might as well do them as well. It's hard to judge with the rest of the front end components; the bushings all look ok, and the ball joints still have intact rubber, but I'm wondering if I ought to just plan to do an overall refresh of the front end.

I did some shopping around and found a kit of Moog components on Rock Auto for about $300; does anyone have any experience with that kit, or that brand on these cars that could give a yea or nay to the idea? The Moog kit saves a bit of money over buying the components individually, and the individual pieces are about mid-range price wise; not the cheapest ones, but not super pricey. That said, I'm not sure how well they'll fit or hold up.

I'm planning to do the work myself; any tricks to the job, or things to watch out for? Anything else that I ought to be looking to replace while I'm in there?

Also, any recommendations on strut assembly brands? I've found a number of brands of struts on eBay and elsewhere, some as a full strut assembly with new springs; I like that idea better than messing around with removing springs and the hazards that involves. Prices seem to be all over the map on them, so I'm also looking for any recommendations for what brand to aim for... I'm leaning toward these, but it's pretty much a shot in the dark for me:

Thanks in advance!

I bought the Moog control arms, they have only been on car for a couple of years, the rubber bushings are already cracking, They have not failed, but I am a little disappointed with that happening.
