RX400h - Hybrid System can not start and no message.
After I had changing difference DVR for testing, my car can not start and no message shown. I had checked all fuses under the engine hood and also fuses under the instrument box near the ECU. It was found that the 15A PWR OUTLET NO.1 underneath the instrument box was burnt.
After replaced this fuse, the Hybrid System can starts as normal. Therefore do not toll to workshop for just replace a fuse, when Hybrid System can not be started.
