Default 2015 GS450h - PCS ON/OFF?

Purchased my new GS450h late in 2015. It comes with the Pre-COllision System (PCS). The owner's manual sats there is a PCS ON/OFF switch under the dash, by the steering column.

For the life of me, I can't find this button!

Does anyone know where exactly this button is? Can you post a picture of its location?

Grab a flashlight, put the back of your head on the floor mat and then shine the flashlight just forward of the steering column on the underside of the dash. It is just forward of the column near the TPMS reset button and AFS disable switch, everything is black so you'll definitely need the flashlight.

It's right next to the OBD connector, so you can feel for that. Also, there is a silver screw head that you should see without sticking your head under the dash.

If your PCS is turned off, you will see the PCS indicator illuminated in yellow on the dash display - look for it during the startup when all the indicators come on.

These pix were taken in sequence, from the ODB connector to the footwell light, with overlap.
Note the PCS button, and the bright screw head.

lol seems like everyone is trying to get this thing disabled. I personally had nothing but nightmares with it. Probably depends on your way of driving.

I've never had the PCS system kick in - that's a good thing, The radar system is working OK because the dynamic cruise works quite well. I'm wondering if maybe those with problems have a defect in their system which might cause false alarms. These systems should not be rocket science. We have one in our Volvo S80, and it has worked very well - I've never seen a false alarm.

Ok, I finally found my PCS OFF button! It's approximately where everyone said it should be, and I did need to crawl up under the steering column, and put the back of my head on the floor mat to see it, but I FOUND IT!

Why did you want to turn it off?
