I would be interested to know what the recommened oils are for the Lexus RX450H 2013. I am changing all the oils, filters and fluids being a newlt aquired car and am wanting to put the bust possible oils ad fluids in for longevity and best performance. There is a mountain of recommendations out there probably promoted by the Companies pushing their own oil but I would like independant recommendations

 

0w-20 synthetic, changed once a year. That's what the manual specifies.

 

Question: When I have my oil changed on my 2010 RX350, I’ve used Mobile 1 W0-20 Full Syn. Advanced Fuel Economy variant. My vehicle now has approx. 90K miles on her and wondering if there would be any benefit to using the Mobile 1 High Mileage variant.

I’m thinking just staying the course with what I’ve been using unless there’s a good argument to do otherwise.

I would stick to what has been used unless there is an issue and as long as it meets the spec. I would also refrain from special additives. YMMV
